Eligibility Criteria for Deputy Company Secretary Job
Educational Qualification:
- Deputy Company Secretary: Candidates must have passed ICSI final Exam with minimum 55% marks and should have associate membership of Institute of Company Secretary of India.
Age limit: Maximum age 40 years as on 31 July 2019 (Age relaxation as per the rules)
Pay Scale: Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 (Basic Pay Rs. 90,000/-) CTC Per annum Rs. 28 lakhs including performance pay
